The Bullara Station Prawn Fest brings the wild flavour of Exmouth prawns to one of the region’s most character-filled pastoral outposts. It’s a relaxed, station-style evening with good food, genuine hospitality and glittering stars overhead.

Bullara Station, sitting between the Gulf and the reef about 1 hour from Exmouth, is a working property known for its hospitality. It’s long been a waypoint for travellers heading north, and a place to connect with country and heritage.
The evening begins with homemade flatbread served with smoked yoghurt and malt vinegar before moving into the hero of the menu: fresh Exmouth XL Tiger Prawns alongside dressed baby gem, Bullara’s hot chippies, Sauce Marie Rose and Marko’s citrus. Dessert follows with a late-season strawberry salad, vanilla curds and whey, strawberry sorbet, and frosted pistachios and peppermint. At $78 per person (excluding drinks), the Bullara Station Prawn Fest is the perfect setting to close out the Exmouth Wild Prawn Festival for 2026.
